1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bdbag ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bdbag.net. By accessing the bdbag platform in any capacity — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a promotional offer — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

3. Account Registration

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdbag operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed:

All payment methods must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your bdbag account. Third-party payments — where a deposit is made from a payment account that does not belong to the registered player — are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

5. Bonus Policy

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Until wagering requirements are fulfilled, bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and cannot be withdrawn. If the wagering requirement is not met within the stated expiry window, the bonus and any associated winnings will be automatically forfeited. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

bdbag maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; using low-risk or hedged betting strategies (such as betting on all outcomes simultaneously) to satisfy wagering requirements; and sharing bonus codes with third parties in a manner not authorised by the promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdbag reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the player's account.

5.4 Promotion Modifications

bdbag reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated on the bdbag platform and, where practical, via email notification to affected players.

6. User Obligations

By using the bdbag platform, you agree to the following obligations and confirm that your conduct will at all times remain consistent with fair play, lawful behaviour, and respect for other players and platform staff:

• You will use the bdbag platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, or any software designed to give you an unfair advantage in betting or gaming activities.
• You will not engage in any form of collusion with other players, whether in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format.
• You will not attempt to exploit any software bugs, errors, or glitches in the platform. Any such bugs discovered must be reported to the bdbag support team immediately. Deliberate exploitation of known bugs constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You will not use offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language in any communication channel on or connected with the bdbag platform, including live chat, email, and social media.
• You will not attempt to access another player's account or the bdbag administration system without authorisation.
• You will keep your bdbag login credentials confidential and will notify bdbag immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that bdbag is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on the platform.

Violation of any of the above obligations may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of any funds held in your balance, and, where appropriate, referral to the relevant authorities.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

bdbag reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a player's account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Attempted exploitation of software errors or bonus abuse
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• A request from a law enforcement or regulatory authority
• A player-initiated self-exclusion or responsible gaming request

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bdbag will notify the player via their registered email address and will aim to complete any investigation within 14 business days. During a suspension, the player will not be able to access their account, place bets, make deposits, or initiate withdrawals.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Where the closure is made at the player's own request (for example, as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming decision), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their most recent payment method within 5 business days, subject to identity verification.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the general principles of contract law.

bdbag is committed to resolving disputes with players fairly and efficiently. In the event that you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account, a transaction, or a gaming outcome, you should follow the steps below:
